information for how to setup and to provide a service.

CAPS is not your average Dispatch Service, we give special Time, Attention and Priority to all of our Drivers Load needs and concerns. We treat all of our Drivers with Respect and like Family. Caps Dispatching Services provides friendly, courteous, professional customer service.
WHAT WILL CAPS DO FOR YOU?
CDS will handle all of your load planning needs for your trucks. CDS will make every effort to keep your truck/trucks loaded at all times. CDS will post your trucks every day. CDS will actively search for loads via Broker Freight, Load Boards, Personal Contacts and Direct Shippers CDS will verify funding of Brokers and Shippers through your Factoring Companies and verify creditworthiness of Brokers and Shippers through Credit Sources Prior to Booking Loads. CDS WILL NEGOTIATE THE BEST RATES FOR LOADS CDS will contact the owner of the trucking company and discuss all options of any available loads. CDS will handle and complete all necessary paperwork/carrier setup packets for the booking of any accepted loads. CDS will acquire Load Confirmation for all booked loads. CDS will send all Load Confirmations to the Owner of Trucking Company. CDS will contact OWNER/DRIVER with all Load Details. CDS will handle all necessary follow up with Customers. and make all check calls from the time of Load Pickup to Load Delivery. CDS will follow up with the customer for the status of payment to Trucking Company if necessary as a courtesy CDS WILL WORK ON FINDING YOUR NEXT LOAD.
