This is not a get rich quick scheme.
I had searched for information on Truck Dispatching Services or any assistance to get started in this industry and to be my own boss. After doing a lot of searching and research, I decided to look into the training program offered by CAP’S and see if it was worth the money. At first, I thought it was too good to be true, less expensive than other services being offered. After getting the packet of information and setting up the one on one phone training, I realized that what was being taught was from real life experiences and not from a text book. The training was conducted based on my availability and over a period of a few weeks to accommodate my previous work schedule. The training provided me with a lot of lessons learned from marketing, sales, office administration and lastly real life phone monitoring with live calls. This was very impactful and gave me the confidence to start making calls even prior to the completion of the training. Due to this, I was able to immediately sign up a new driver and start making money within the first two weeks. As is stated in training, this is not a get rich quick scheme.

I am so glad I came across CAPS for dispatch training. I spoke with a few but, when I had a conversation with Pam Russell, I was convinced she would be thorough and committed. I was not mistaken. Her years in the business is very obvious in the level of knowledge she shares. Her explaining the mechanics of the industry, the drivers, and my role as a dispatcher has put me on the right path. Her support and encouragement has been invaluable to me. Since completing her training, I have focused on marketing, developing processes that will allow me to be proficient in dispatching, as well as, provide excellent customer service. I was trained by Cap Dispatch Service in November 2010. I have learn a great deal from using this company to start my dispatch Services. It has been seven and half years and my personal dispatch company is still going strong from the training of Cap Dispatching Service. My ex-husband came on board using his Motor carrier authority, and, we have added several drivers under his company that I also dispatch full time for. I started off with a bang
Awesome! and it was very explained I started off with a bang. Took what she taught me and I was blessed had a stroke and had to leave my job and went step by step and still going strong and still have some of my trucks when I started. She was so patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and she answered everyone of them. If she trained on anything else in the trucking agency yes I would do it again in a heartbeat. She showed me how to use load boards, helped me to practice calling brokers for loads, and even taught me about hot shot loads, which I was afraid of.
